Emma Skattum

EMMA SKATTUM

CEO · CIRCULAR RESALE

Emma is the CEO of Circular Resale, an operating system that helps shops and brands run resale businesses in-store and online.

She joins Josh to trace a path from environmental and electrical engineering into fashion, circularity and the future of a more durable industry.

The conversation follows the practical side of resale: consumer demand, technology, competition and what it takes to make sustainability last beyond good intentions.

Tenaya Jorgensen

TENAYA JORGENSEN

GIS SPECIALIST · CO-FOUNDER, OSLO ENGLISH PLAYERS

Tenaya holds a PhD in Environmental History from Trinity College Dublin and began her career as an archaeologist before moving into green technology.

Now based in Oslo, she works as a GIS Specialist, applying spatial analysis and mapping expertise to support sustainable innovation.

Alongside her technical career, Tenaya co-founded Oslo English Players, helping bring theatre and creative expression to Oslo’s English-speaking community. Her work is driven by a belief in the power of art to connect people and enrich the communities around it.

Victoria Allers Wismer

VICTORIA ALLERS WISMER

SCALING MENTOR · INNOVATION NORWAY

Victoria is a Scaling Mentor at Innovation Norway. Her work sits at the intersection of brand, category creation, marketing leadership and the difficult work of scaling.

In her conversation with Josh, she explores how to build when there is no playbook, no team and no story the market already believes.

It is a conversation about the work that comes before scale: shaping the category, earning attention and making a half-formed idea real under pressure.

Ida Tin

IDA TIN

FEMTECH PIONEER · CLUE / SPRIND

Ida leads a €40m pan-European initiative for SPRIND, Germany’s federal agency for breakthrough innovation, focused on biosensors for continuous hormone monitoring in women.

She co-founded Clue, serving for a decade as CEO and later chairwoman. She coined the term Femtech in 2016, helping define a sector projected to exceed a trillion dollars by 2040.

Born in Denmark, Ida grew up travelling the world by motorcycle and later wrote Directress about a two-year journey through the US deserts. She lives in Berlin with her family and is writing a book about Femtech and the story of building Clue.

Manuela Hjelseth

MANUELA HJELSETH

LEADERSHIP COACH & TRAINER

Manuela works with leadership, communication and team development, helping people build trust, motivation and better performance at work.

Her conversation with Josh follows a journey from Italy to Sweden and Norway, and the curiosity and courage it takes to lead across cultures.

She speaks about communication in fast-moving hospitality environments, and why good leaders show up ready to understand — not simply to be understood.

Tauriq Adams

TAURIQ ADAMS

KEYNOTE SPEAKER · RSE STRATEGY & ADVISORY

Tauriq is a keynote speaker, corporate facilitator and strategist. Raised in Cape Town and now based in Oslo, he works across cultures, organisations and high-stakes environments.

The conversation moves through immigration, belonging and entrepreneurship in a consensus-led culture — and the underrated skill of finding genuine connection across difference.

ABOUT ON BECOMING

The middle is
where it
gets real.

Most stories get told after the mess is cleaned up — the breakthrough, the win, the neat ending. ON BECOMING starts earlier.

This is a show about building, rebuilding and starting over. Some guests have already achieved extraordinary things. Some are in the middle of it right now. They’re here because they’re not finished yet.

You don’t need to have it figured out. Just willing to make the next move.

When you’re not sure what comes next, hear how someone else stayed with the question — and moved anyway.
